Windows Feedback Panel
Microsoft has the Windows Feedback Panel, a program customers can join to provide feedback to the Windows team and help with its development. Chris Pirillo weighs in on it:

I hear you. I try to stay away from the tech stuff as much as possible. God knows my blog is more tech-heavy than most newspapers, but I try to be less geeky than most blogs. Am I succeeding? You tell me.
